Returns and withdrawal

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies as required by law. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to use it. The conditions that apply to made-to-order items are described when you contact us and follow Dutch and EU consumer law.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you. Send your order number and a clear photo through our contact page within 14 days of receiving it.

Please contact us first. We will tell you where to send the item. Parcels sent without contact may not reach the right address.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
