• Orders: name, email, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Partner inquiries and contact messages: the details you fill in, such as name, organisation, email and your message.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site securely.

• To process, produce and deliver your order.
• To answer your message or partner inquiry. Partner details are used only for that purpose and for the conversation that follows.
• To send the newsletter, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe in every email.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

We work with a small number of providers that only process data to deliver their service:

• Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Printful prints and ships made-to-order items, so it receives your name and delivery address.
• Supabase stores the data behind our forms and shop in a secured database.
• Our newsletter tool sends the monthly email.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We use analytics that do not set cookies and do not track you across sites. See our cookies page for details.

Order data is kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages and partner inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to move it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Use our contact page to make a request.
