The question
How do you make impact? A good cartoon makes you think in a matter of seconds, and it challenges you to picture a complex problem.
Justice for all needs the freedom to express ourselves in fair and peaceful communities that leave no one behind. So we ask young people one question: how would you achieve justice in a conflict in your part of the world?
What we did
01
Guest lectures
Dutch embassies pair ambassadors with cartoonists from our network. Together they visit schools and universities in several countries.
02
Two voices in one room
Cartoonists show why their work matters. Ambassadors explain why peace and justice are relevant to young people.
03
Young people draw
Students make their own sketch of how to create peace and justice, and upload it.
04
From sketch to cartoon
Professional cartoonists in our network pick the strongest ideas and turn them into editorial cartoons.
05
Exhibition
Selected ideas join an international cartoon exhibition at The Hague Justice Week, and travel to other locations around the world.
