By placing an order with The Next Movement Clothing (thenextmovementclothing.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

All products are made on demand. Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight variations in colour and print may occur depending on the printing process and fabric. We do not hold stock.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We accept major credit cards via Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

3. Production & Shipping

Production takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by region. See our Shipping page for details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. See our Return Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs on The Next Movement Clothing are the intellectual property of their respective creators (cartoonists and artists). Reproduction or commercial use of any design without express written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Next Movement Clothing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
