Made-to-Order Products

Every garment is manufactured individually upon purchase. Because our products are made on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Disliking the design or color in person

We strongly advise you to check the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us beforehand.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund. To initiate this process, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo showing the issue (misprint, damage, or wrong item)

Important Notes

• Do not send items back without prior authorisation — we hold no inventory and unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
• The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to our custom, made-to-order products per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).
